Lee is an experienced project delivery specialist at Director level with a strong track record in delivering construction and commercial fit-out projects across a range of sectors, including healthcare, data centres, industrial environments and commercial workspaces. Having worked on both the client and contractor side of the industry, Lee brings valuable insight into what clients need from a successful project — clear communication, careful cost control and a team that genuinely cares about the outcome. He takes a practical, hands-on approach to project delivery and works closely with clients to ensure projects run smoothly from initial planning through to successful completion. As Projects Director, Lee oversees the delivery of all projects within the business, managing budgets, procurement and project teams to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standard. He also brings strong contractual and commercial awareness, helping to manage risk, maintain transparency and keep projects aligned with agreed objectives.
