On the instructions of Fortis IBA, a Hampshire based recycling business, Bluewood has carried out works to remedy dilapidations at their former offices at Omega Park in Chandler’s Ford.
The property comprises 8,000 sq ft of modern offices and our works included stripping out partitioning, removal of the tenant installed electrical and data cabling, repair of ceilings, decoration, flooring and servicing the mechanical and electrical.
