This was a reconfiguration and transformation of an 80sqm dated reception in one of Southampton’s prime office buildings situated on the Avenue.
The existing reception was over sized and the finishes and furnishings needed updating. The client wanted a modern contemporary look and feel.
The space was redesigned to incorporate part of the old reception into the adjoining office space increasing the lettable area for our client, the Landlord. The remaining space was planned to provide “touch down” spaces for visitors as well as an inviting “walkway”.
Finishes included a mix of carpet and vinyl flooring, a moss wall feature as well as tiling and paint. Bespoke lighting was positioned to highlight and compliment the features.
