This was an exciting opportunity to work with a national brand looking to create a new 300 sq m HQ facility at the Lakeside development in Portsmouth.
After multiple design meetings with the client, we agreed upon a layout with capacity for 30 members of staff, boardroom facility, private offices, comms room and a breakout space. Our works focused on the construction of solid and glass partitioning and decoration whilst working alongside 3rd party contractors directly employed by the client to install mechanical and electrical requirements.
