Our project with Insolvency Specialists Begbies Trainor was to combine two previously independent spaces to create one 210 sqm office first floor suite providing a mix of open plan offices, private offices and a glass fronted board room.
Works included the demolition of a block party wall, reconfiguring of exciting A/C system, glass fronted board room, new break-out space and kitchen, new electrical and structural cabling, decoration and new floor finishes throughout.
