Space Planning Services
Our bespoke space planning service is geared towards Landlords and Commercial Agents looking to inspire prospective tenants taking space within their properties. We have the capability to create 2D and 3D space planning options showcasing low – med – high density to enable incoming tenants or purchasers to get a favour for the potential of the space and how they might occupy it. This is often provided as a no charge service on the understanding that we can showcase our own services to those looking to take the space.
Fit-Out Design
Based on your requirements our designers will provide advice on office configuration to achieve an efficient use of space. They will produce visual illustrations and work closely with you throughout the project to achieve a layout of the accommodation that works best for you operationally. Using their design flair there is also much emphasis on ensuring that the overall look and feel of the office properly projects your corporate image and provides a stimulating and safe working environment for staff.
Ceilings & Partitioning
Whether it be the replacement of old discoloured ceiling tiles or the complete installation of a new suspended / MF ceiling we have an experienced team of fitters and tradesman who will ensure works are carried out efficiently. We can advise on the right materials for your situation to keep cost to a minimum whilst at the same time ensuring that the finish we achieve is right for you.
We install a variety of differing partitioning systems to match your requirements:
- 50mm / 75mm or 100mm stud walls (taped and jointed or trimmed)
- Framed and frameless glass partitioning
- Glazing units (with or without integral blinds)
- Fire and/or sound containment

Data Cabling
Our specialists in structured cabling can install new or upgrade existing networks working with CAT5, CAT5E and CAT6 products. All cabling will be tested and certificated prior to handover.

Flooring
Often considered the final piece of the jigsaw with any fit-out project we can advise on suitable flooring treatments and are able to supply and fit a wide range of carpet and vinyl floor finishes depending on budget and durability requirements. Our experienced floor layers are focused on ensuring adequate preparation of the surface and can install modular raised flooring systems if necessary or work with existing hard surfaces making them level prior to carpeting or laying alternative products such as wood laminate or vinyl.
